This Privacy Policy explains how Mat Tech Industrial Services ("Mat Tech," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit mattechus.com (the "Site"), request a quote, contact us, apply for a job, or otherwise interact with our services.

Mat Tech is an industrial services company serving Texas and the Gulf Coast since 2008. We are the party responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

3.1 Information you provide to us

  • Contact and quote requests: name, company, email address, phone number, service location, and the details of your request or message.
  • Job applications: name, contact details, work history, and any information you include in a resume or application.
  • Communications: the content of emails, calls, and messages you send us, including any information you choose to share.

3.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, and subject to your cookie consent choices, we and our service providers may collect:

  • Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and screen or viewport information.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, search terms that brought you to us, time on site, and general navigation behavior.
  • Call data: when you call a phone number shown on the Site, our call-tracking provider may record the number you dialed, your phone number, call time and duration, and the marketing source associated with your visit.

6. How We Share Information

8. California Residents: Do Not Sell or Share

This section does not limit any rights we have under our Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it. Retention periods for analytics and marketing data are governed by our settings with the relevant providers.
